Ensure smooth and efficient daily front desk operations in line with hotel standards and procedures.
Welcome guests and handle check-in and check-out processes with professionalism and attention to detail.
Manage reservations, guest accounts, and payment procedures accurately.
Respond to guest requests, questions, and concerns promptly to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Maintain clear communication with other departments to support seamless guest experiences.
Support the team during busy periods and contribute to overall front office operations.
Ensure the front desk and back office areas remain organized, clean, and professional at all times.

Compétences requises:
Previous experience in a hotel front office environment is preferred.

Familiarity with hotel systems (Opera) and standard front office procedures is an asset.
Fluent in English; additional languages are considered a strong advantage.
