We are looking for a Food & Beverage Assistant Manager Intern to join our team starting August/ September 2026.
As part of the Food & Beverage Department at the Brussels Marriott Hotel Grand Place, you will support the management team in the daily operations of our restaurants, bar, and banquet services. Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the F&B Manager in supervising restaurant, bar, and banquet operations.
Assisting in motivating, coaching, and guiding the team to deliver exceptional guest service.
Providing professional and courteous support to both associates and guests.
Helping resolve guest concerns and following up to ensure complete satisfaction.
Promoting teamwork, engagement, and a service-oriented culture throughout the department.
Assisting with administrative tasks, operational follow-up, and quality control initiatives.
Ensuring Marriott brand standards, health and safety regulations, and service procedures are consistently respected.
