Here’s what you’ll contribute to
Marketing
• Internal & External Communication: Creation and distribution of marketing collaterals (brochures, flyers, and digital assets).
• Creation of presentation for the Sales and Meeting & Events Team.
• Online content: Manage the maintenance of the hotel’s websites, blog and partners’ websites.
• Collaborate with Marketing team to analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.
• Manage online reputation.
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.
Social Media Guru
• Social media management: Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, TikTok, GMB.
• Support in the development of the digital strategy
• Content creation (photos, videos & copy)
• Set-up of reporting
• Video Challenges
Sales
• Organization and presentations: You’ll manage administrative tasks, create impactful presentations, and coordinate business activities with style.
• Collaborate for an exceptional customer experience: Work with our teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Assist the sales team: identify potential clients and generate leads.
• Conduct market research: identify new business opportunities.
