What you’ll do…
-Provide support to the proactive sales teams: reporting, preparation of sales activities and site inspections
-Provide support to the Event Teams by handling small & medium the requests & manage booking process from start to finish: from initial proposals, managing contracts, rooming list and invoicing
-Independently manage internal and social events bookings & requests
-Compile relevant market knowledge, data and trends to support our sales pipeline and our competitive advantage
-Keep things running smoothly by supporting our team of Groups & —–Events from creating and updating bookings, contracts & invoices; regular reporting and updating of our systems, Delphi & OPERA; processing commissions, and diary management
-Build strong relationships with our other teams and external third parties, keeping the guest experience at the heart of everything you do
