Hotel Juliana in Brussels is looking for a driven Chef de Partie for the the kitchen team.
As the Chef de Partie of Hotel Juliana in Brussels you will deliver an exceptional breakfast to our guests and prepare a belgian-french kitchen for our own restaurant and in room dining.
The restaurant is open for breakfast and lunch.
Key task are:
– Run our kitchen team
– managing food cost, stock and wastage
– Together with the Hotel Management deal with menu planning and composition.
– Practice and promote effective teamwork and communication amongst your direct work colleagues and colleagues in other departments
– Carry out daily cleaning duties within the kitchen with your team in addition to following a ‘clean as you go’ policy
– Ensure compliance with inhouse HACCP and food hygiene, health and safety systems to ensure compliance.
