At Crowne Plaza Brussels Airport, we are looking for a highly motivated and professional Assistant Reception Manager to join our dynamic Front Office Team. You will work closely with the Reception Manager and collaborate with our exceptional team to ensure that we provide a seamless and memorable guest experience.
As an Assistant Reception Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Reception Manager with daily operations, including managing front desk duties, supervising the reception team, and ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction. You will play a key role in overseeing the team’s daily tasks, scheduling, training, and development, all while maintaining the smooth operation of the front office.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Reception Manager in overseeing daily operations at the front desk, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out procedures and guest interactions.
• Support the team by maintaining and implementing training programs to ensure all front office staff are knowledgeable, professional, and up-to-date on hotel procedures.
• Help create and manage the front desk schedule, ensuring sufficient coverage and efficiency during peak times.
• Work closely with other hotel departments (Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, etc.) to ensure all guest requests and needs are met promptly.
• Monitor and maintain front office systems, including guest reservations, room assignments, and any special requests.
• Resolve guest issues or complaints in a prompt and professional manner, ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction.
• Assist with the management of inventory and ensure all front office supplies are fully stocked.
• Contribute to the recruitment and training of new front office staff, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Support the Reception Manager with administrative tasks, reporting, and other ad-hoc duties.
