We are currently looking for a Food & Beverage Manager to join our dynamic team here at Thon Hotel EU - Environmentally friendly : We are rewarded with several green labels - Great location : European quarter on rue de la Loi. Do - Manage. You are in charge of the various outlets of the hotel: restaurant, bar, room service and banqueting. You manage the service and stewarding team and work closely together with the Head chef to overview the kitchen team also. - Lead. On an operational level, you lead your team by example. You attract, hire, train, oversee, evaluate and manage your team staff members. - Control and plan. With over 5M turnover, you are responsible for forecasting, planning and controlling the department. - Support : You always keep an eye on the progress of our F&B-team and you guide them with your experience and care. - Organise : You handle with composure and professionalism the needs of the F&B department. - Simply do it. You monitor and assess service and satisfaction trends and suggest implement accordingly, so that we become a little better every day. A good balance between floor and desk time management is essential. As part of the HOD team, you will carry out duty shifts. You report to the Executive Manager/General Manager of the hotel.
