MICE Hotel Planner Manager

Do Lead, Mentor and Manage. You are in charge of the Hotel Planner Team and support your staff to plan, organize and oversee the logistics of MICE events and group reservations, from conception to completion, verification of the invoicing and finishing with a feed-back session. Collaborate and negotiate. You are in close contact with clients to understand their specific event requirements, objectives and budgets. You provide expert guidance to create tailored event proposals. Develop. You build and maintain strong relationships with clients, provide exceptional customer service and act as their primary point of contact throughout the event planning process or group reservation. Partake. You are hands on and also manage your files from start to finish! Conduct. You do site visits, inspections and pre-event meetings with clients to ensure all aspects of the event are well-prepared and aligned with client expectations. Coordinate and communicate. You are the liaison between the Hotel Planner department and all different departments in the hotel and with our Service & Support to ensure seamless execution of events and a high level of guest satisfaction. Stay up-to-date. You follow with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in MICE event planning to provide innovative solutions to clients. Lead. You have post-event evaluations and debriefs with clients to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement. As Hotel Planner Manager, you are part of the Duty Management Team & HOD Team and do a few Duty shifts per month.
