Front Office Supervisor

Supervise daily Front Office operations, including check-in, check-out, guest reception, billing. Ensure compliance with Marriott standards, procedures, and internal policies. Act as the main point of contact for handling guest complaints and sensitive situations. Support, guide, and supervise the Front Desk team on a daily basis. Participate in the training and onboarding of new team members and interns. Ensure smooth and effective communication with other departments (Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering, Sales). Ensure proper use of the OPERA PMS and the accuracy of data (reservations, guest profiles, billing). Anticipate operational needs and contribute to continuous improvement of processes. Report operational issues, incidents, and feedback to management.
