– Closing the day in the system and the associated administration
– Ensuring the safety of all guests
– Doing duty rounds
– Conducting the night audit run
– Generating the night reports
– Reconciling accounts
– Preparing financial reports
– Balancing cash drawers
– Serving guests who order room service
– Cleanliness of the lobby and surrounding areas
