Your Impact:
• Plan & Coordinate: Oversee day-to-day conference and convention activities, ensuring impeccable organization.
• Client Engagement: Respond promptly to requests (within Crowne Plaza’s 2-hour standard), conduct site inspections, and tailor event solutions.
• Efficient Booking: Manage group reservations from inquiry to final invoice.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Arrange all meeting and event details, ensuring seamless interdepartmental coordination.
• Post-Event Excellence: Analyze client satisfaction, address feedback, and continuously refine processes.
• Business Development: Seek new opportunities within hotel industry sectors (government, agencies, airlines, etc.).
• Strategic Contributions: Provide creative input to enhance business goals and productivity.
• Support & Promotion: Assist with marketing initiatives, client meetings, RFP submissions, and event organization.
