We are looking for a Cost Control Intern to join our team starting in March 2027.
As part of the Finance Department at the Brussels Marriott Hotel Grand Place, you will support the Cost Control team in monitoring inventory, purchasing, and stock management processes to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with company standards. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with inventory control while ensuring proper stock rotation (FIFO) and product availability.
Supporting the recording of purchases, delivery receipts, and pricing in the order register.
Helping organize and maintain storage areas, including dry storage, cold rooms, and freezers.
Participating in the ordering, receiving, and verification of beverages and operational equipment.
Ensuring documentation is completed accurately and complies with company procedures.
Collaborating closely with the Kitchen and Food & Beverage teams to prevent stock shortages and support smooth daily operations.
