Front Office Shift Leader (M/W/X)

What’s the job? The Front Desk is often the first point of contact and the first impression for guests. Warm, knowledgeable service and helpful guidance reassure guests they’ve made the right choice to stay with us. To deliver a great guest experience – a Shift Leader will check in and out guests efficiently, and make sure they have all they need for a great stay. As a Front Office Shift Leader you’ll: • Assist guests with warmth and professionalism, whether they need directions or a last-minute toothbrush. • Oversee front office and cashiering operations during your shift, ensuring everything runs smoothly. • Handle guest arrivals, check-ins, check-outs, and room changes efficiently, maintaining accuracy in our hotel systems. • Ensure compliance with accounting policies, managing cashier floats, financial transactions, and audits. • Take charge of special projects, promote loyalty programs, and apply upselling techniques for enhanced guest experiences. • Maintain cleanliness and order at the front desk while supervising and motivating team performance. • Act as Manager on Duty when needed, responding to emergencies, resolving guest complaints, and ensuring safety and security. • Bring pride to your uniform, communicate effectively, and help us create unforgettable stays for our guests!
