Participate in inventory control, ensuring proper stock rotation (FIFO) and product availability.
Support the recording of purchases, delivery receipts, and pricing in the order register.
Assist in organizing and maintaining storage areas (dry storage, cold rooms, and freezers).
Participate in ordering, receiving, and checking beverages and equipment.
Comply with company documentation and compliance procedures.
Collaborate with the Kitchen and F&B teams to prevent stock shortages and ensure smooth service.
