We are currently looking for an Assistant Front Office Manager to join our dynamic team here at Stanhope Hotel Brussels by Thon Hotels.

Do
· Lead: On an operational level, you lead the Reception Team by example, interact with our guests and actively contribute to the excellence of the department.
· Execute: You ensure that all tasks are followed up to keep the highest standards linked with the operational front of the house & back office work.
· Collaborate: You will ensure the smooth running & coordination of the department, supervising and motivating the team at all time. Happy employees create happy customers.
· As part of the Front Office Team, you will also perform shifts as Manager on Duty on a regular base (guest handling, operational support to all departments, safety & security checks, etc.) also during weekends and bank holidays.
