Your responsibilities
*Welcoming members, offering an efficient, friendly and polite
welcome
*Dealing with telephone enquiries
*Taking bookings promptly and efficiently
*Dealing with Members complaints and answer requests/questions
*Collecting all payments from the Members by cash, credit card in
accordance with information and correspondence received and
dispense change
*Interacting and co-operating fully with all Club Department
Your background
*First work experience in a Customer Service environment
*Fluent in French and English - another European language is an asset
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Stress resistant
*Highly organized and at ease with reservation software
*Flexible, shifts are between 06.30 and 23.00 and we are open during
the weekend
*Great team spirit and energetic personality
