Position Overview
As a Revenue Intern reporting directly to the Director of Revenue, you will support revenue strategy execution and performance analysis for both Steigenberger Icon Wiltcher’s Brussels and Steigenberger Inselhotel Konstanz. This internship provides exposure to strategic revenue decision-making at a senior level within a luxury, multi-property hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Support the Director of Revenue in the analysis of daily, weekly, and monthly performance indicators, including occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and segmentation
• Assist in demand forecasting by analyzing booking trends, seasonality, citywide events, and market-specific demand patterns
• Conduct competitive and market analysis within the luxury and upper-upscale segments for Brussels and Konstanz
• Support the implementation and monitoring of pricing strategies across all distribution channels, ensuring brand standards and rate integrity
• Assist in the preparation of detailed revenue reports, forecasts, and strategic presentations for senior management
• Support budget monitoring and revenue target tracking for both properties
• Assist in the evaluation of corporate contracts, group requests, and high-value business opportunities
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Front Office teams to support revenue initiatives
• Participate in revenue meetings and strategic discussions alongside the Director of Revenue
• Handle sensitive commercial and financial information with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
