– Generate content and manage our seven social media channels, to guarantee our community is always updated on the latest news and promotions
– Reply to guest’s inquiries, follow all the conversations and interact with our community in our comment sections
– Grow and expand our presence online, while staying on top of the most recent trends on social content around the globe
– Analyze the performance of our online presence on the different channels and translate it into meaningful insights, conduct regular competitor surveillance and provide feedback from social media monitoring.
– Build a community of loyal guests – social Influencers, local professionals and more
– Set up and help manage paid ads on social media platforms
– Support the marketing department in its different activities, such as the creation of various promotional collaterals.
SALES
– Shadow the pro-active sales managers on appropriate sales calls / site inspections.
– Allocate time to encourage a pro-active sales approach by contacting over the phone corporate prospects for future business (Telemarketing).
– Assist with monthly data input and analysis to assist the pro-active sales team with their account management.
– Assist as required with client events.
– Shares the responsibility for maintaining sales files.
– Support the proactive team in their administrative tasks.
– Development of our competitive intelligence.
– Extract Daily, weekly, monthly reports (Opera, SFA).
– Involved with weekly Sales & Marketing meetings.
– Assist with small marketing and promotional projects.
