– Performing check-in and check-out procedures

– Ensuring guest satisfaction and comfort during their stay

– Handling phone calls and emails

– Collaborating with other hotel departments to ensure an optimal guest experience

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

– Ability to work in a team and adapt to rotating shifts

– Proficiency in English (another language is a plus)

– Experience in hospitality is desired but not required
