We are looking for an Accounting & Finance Intern to join our team starting in February or March 2027.
As part of the Accounting & Finance Department at the Brussels Marriott Hotel Grand Place, you will support the team in a variety of daily financial operations, including:
Issuing invoices and following up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collection.
Managing and reconciling credit card payments.
Monitoring and supervising billing activities across all hotel departments.
Managing client, concessionaire, tenant, and employee accounts, including regular invoicing and account statements.
Assisting in the control of credit approvals to minimize financial risk and secure collections.
Ensuring compliance with the hotel’s credit policy across all departments.
