Manage. You will handle client’s incentive trips, meeting, events and group requirements by checking availability, qualifying, making tailor-made proposals, conducting negotiations and concluding the business. You will make rigorous follow up.

Enter: all inquiries, bookings, denials and cancellations into the appropriate system in an efficient and timely manner.
Liaise: with all operational departments to ensure requirements are met and revenue is maximised
Work with: Revenue and Sales department to ensure that suitable contracts and payment plans are agreed
Provide: after sales feedback to the organization
Participate: to client events and meetings
Optimize revenues: by upselling and grabbing opportunities to increase revenue
Carry out: any other reasonable duties that may be required
