Personal Assistant to the general manager - 04/10/22

Do • Support. You assist the general manager and support other department heads. You also work closely with HR and accounting. • Manage. You take care of future and new staff members and assist with handling HR related matters. • Administrate. You coordinate meetings from A-Z, manage correspondence, and answer phone calls. • Communicate. You are responsible for a good follow-up after a guest’s stay by answering comments on different platforms and relate all issues to the concerned department head. • Solve. You are a pro at managing stress and finding solutions. • Improve. You contribute to a positive working atmosphere in the hotel and propose actions or services that ensure our internal and external clients will have a unique working or guest experience. • Flexible. You perform shifts as Manager, also on duty on bank holidays and during weekends.

MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint do not have any secrets for you. Knowledge of ProTeam, Mpleo, SharePoint, Yammer, PMI, Opera and/or Baseware Alusta is a plus. • Experience. A good knowledge of the hotel sector is certainly an advantage. • Flexible. No 9-5 mentality. You adapt easily to people and situations.
